And one of Hakuhyo's minion has been revealed - Kugatsu (The Puppet Master #1)!
She's an alien just like Hakuhyo from the same planet (that's why she has blue-ish skin and black inked eyes). She is one of the puppet masters, that's why her costume is wrapped by puppet strings. Has weird powers and is able to control any kind of person if it is attached to her puppet strings. Also, I'm not sure what her name means
I was aiming for something "puppet" related and google translate gave me "Kugatsu", although internet says that it means september. So, does anyone out here knows what does it exactly mean?
